Please make sure you file the BOI before January 1 2025 if your business was formed prior to 2024.

Martin & Luxford LLC is not filing the BOI returns. If you would like a referral to a business attorney, please let us know.

How do I get my tax documents to you?

1.   Drop off your documents in person at our office: 2025 E Beltline SE Suite #305

2.  US Mail to our office  (please keep a copy of your documents)
